Established in 1994, Carra is an agile traffic solutions and 24x7x365 maintenance services provider with its head office located in Howth, County Dublin, Ireland.We have recently opened a support office in Oxford, England. We are a technology and service provider of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and electric vehicle charging systems covering the island of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
