Greg Robins, Commercial Director
Greg holds the position of Commercial Director for Carra Ireland where he is responsible for business assurance for the organisation. He is also responsibile for business process development and service management.
Prior to this Greg filled the role of Business Systems Programme Manager for eircom Corporate Markets. Prior to this Greg was the Government Sales Manager with Lan Communications (owned by eircom), responsible for leading the government sales team and growing the company's business with its many public sector clients.
Prior to that Greg spent six years with Fujitsu Services in a variety of roles including account management, service delivery management and programme management, with particular emphasis on the government sector.
With over twenty seven years of ICT experience as a sales specialist, programme/project manager, network engineer, trainer and technical author, Greg has also run his own IT service and consulting businesses and has been designing and selling complex ICT solutions for eighteen years in Ireland, the UK and South Africa.
Having lived and worked in Ireland since 2000, Greg is a native of South Africa and holds diplomas in Data Communications, Microprocessor Programming and a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Development; and is an ITIL certified IT Service Manager.
