Sebastien joined Carra Ireland in September 2007 from Ascom. Seb has worked in Ireland on the Dublin Port Tunnel (DPT) project since 2005 and has been responsible for the installation of the complete toll plaza solution.

In 2008, Seb was lead engineer for installation of ANPR Cameras, beacons and associated instation equipment on the M50 eFlow gantries. Seb also installed back office systems and instation equipment at the M50's eFlow offices in Clonshaugh, North Dublin.

Seb trains Carra maintenance engineers and oversees maintenance operations on all of Carra's Maintenance contracts.Under Sebastien's lead, the Carra team recently installed and commissioned two new toll booths on the M6 and M7 toll plaza's in Galway and Limerick.

Some of his previous projects included the installation and project management of complete toll plaza equipment at the M8 in Fermoy Co. Cork and M6 toll plaza Birmingham.

Prior to joining Ascom, Seb was a member of the French Army as a communications expert.
