24X7 Maintenance Services
Our engineers are on-call, around the clock and year-round, to respond to systems incidents at our contracted sites. We receive and correlate alerts, by phone or automatically using our own in-house developed Carra Event Management System(CEMS), to monitor and respond to automated event on 24-hour basis and provide on-site and remote maintenance engineering.

Using the Carra Maintenance Management Method (CMMM), we also provide structured preventative maintenance to maximise the serviceability of a wide range of equipment such as ANPR camera technologies, tolling systems (e.g. vehicle classification) and a wide variety of traffic-related hardware and software. We also supply and install tolling equipment and systems for new builds and upgrades.

Carra provides trained (health and safety, traffic management, tolling system technologies), certified, fully equipped vehicles and tolling engineers to carry out a comprehensive preventative maintenance regime of tasks and reliably deliver within response times thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the eFlow free-flow tolling systems.
